I’ve tried a lot of patches for those deep, painful bumps that never come to a head, and these are the first ones that actually seem to shrink them overnight. The 430 dissolving needles plus the 2% salicylic acid really do feel like they’re working below the surface, not just sitting on top. Woke up
I’ve tried plenty of patches that just sit on top, but these actually dissolve the 430 needles into the skin—my deep cystic bump flattened by morning instead of lingering for days. The niacinamide left zero redness behind, which is a bonus I didn’t expect.
